Slimming world week 6

Quite a short update this week, not much to say really…

How has Slimming world week 6 gone?

This past week has been a bit of a mixed bag really. Not very good food wise which I’m putting down to a stressful week and Mike was away for a couple of days. In fact the more I think about it the more I realise quite how off plan I have been; 2 takeaways, chocolate, ice cream and bread! Basically all the worst things!

I did manage to drink more water this week though, I think the heatwave didn’t really leave me much choice but to drink more water! And surprise surprise my headaches have definitely not been as bad this week!

On a more positive note, I did do lots of walking this week and managed to get over 10,000 steps on my Fitbit at least 3 days this past week. I was really pleased with this and hoped that perhaps this increased activity would counteract some of food naughtiness..


The Weigh in…

I gained 1lb this week. ☹️. Upsetting but not surprising, and at least I know what I did wrong.

Plan for next week

My plan mainly for this coming week is to stay on plan, no takeaways Β and no ice cream! And to continue with drinking more water!

Even though I know what I need to do , simple enough but there is quite a lot going on this week. It’s bank holiday weekend so we are going on 2 family days out and there’s a family BBQ. Plus we also have our good friends wedding on Friday!

Think I will have to be extra good on the days we don’t have plans to Counterbalance. Because of all these exciting things I am going to be realistic and just aim to stay the same this week.
