Slimming world week 5- how this past week has gone?
Well this past week has gone by in a bit of a blur really, only feels like a couple of days ago I was writing last weeks update.
As I previously mentioned last weekend I attended the Bristol foodies festival and enjoyed lots of naughty treats, but similar to before decided not to swell too much on this as it was the weekend but just to try to be good the rest of the week.
I didn’t do very well at drinking more water at all, and still been getting the headaches so definitely need to try harder this week with that.
Had an awful day on Wednesday where everything went a bit wrong causing me to have a meltdown in a public car park. This is turn led to my McDonald’s and Krispy Kreme dounuts! Oops. This is pretty bad I know I didn’t even work out the syn value I coudlnt face it! Apart from this though the week was ok.
The weigh in
On Friday the day of weigh in I was really dreading it. I didn’t feel like I’d particularly lost any weight and felt really quite bloated. But low and behold I’d lost another one and half pounds!
Felt like I’d been pretty lucky really considering my syns. All I could think was imagine how much weight I might lose if I stuck to plan for a whole Seven days!
Plan for this week
- To drink more water, start using my water bottle and aim to fill it up a couple of times a day.
- Try and make some slimming world meals and not just use the Iceland ready made ones. There’s some great ideas in this months slimming world magazine that’s just come out.
- Try and be more active. Since I started using my Fitbit again, I’m only averaging 5000 steps a day. I would like to try and increase this.
